About Me
I became interested in photography in 1988, bought a Canon 630 EOS and starting educating myself with classes in the Denver, Colorado area. I went digital in 2001; however, I continued to shoot slide film occasionally. My images over the years have appeared on calendars, magazines, tourist brochures and post cards. While living in Virginia in the early 2000's, I photographed weddings that were held at the bed and breakfast that I owned. I enjoy online photo competitions, local camera clubs and juried photography shows and contests.
My career prior to retirement was owning and operating bed and breakfasts which provided an opportunity to photograph weddings at the B&B. I also sold photography at the B&B gift shops and artist coops.
